Happy 2019! Here’s what our customers say about ZONBIX!

At the end of 2018, Team ZONBIX did a round of surveys and interviews with our customers. We would like to use this chance to thank every one of them for taking part in it.

Many customers stressed the importance of prompt delivery. This has also been a key area where ZONBIX has been investing much energy and capital. After all, for what we do, delays can cause huge loss – and we certainly don’t want any of our customer experience such frustration. The good news is, with our new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, a significant improvement can be expected. After the system goes on full operation, communication channels among ZONBIX, our customers, and our manufacturing partners and other stakeholders will be established. Information can then be shared efficiently, and even in real-time. (Note: Some background information was mentioned in our last update about our new ISO 9001:2015 certification. We will soon come back with another thorough introduction to the new ERP system. Stay tuned!)
